El absentismo laboral se ha convertido en uno de los principales retos para la competitividad de de la industria. En el sector de proveedores de automoción alcanza el 8,9%, 1,55 puntos por encima de la media de la industria. El liderazgo de los mandos intermedios, el clima laboral y la organización del trabajo son factores clave para avanzar hacia una gestión más preventiva.

En este contexto, SERNAUTO, en colaboración con Adecco Learning & Consulting, pone en marcha el programa «Construyendo un liderazgo saludable para un futuro sostenible», dirigido a responsables de equipo y profesionales con funciones de liderazgo que quieran mejorar la gestión del absentismo desde una perspectiva preventiva, humana y orientada a resultados.

El estilo de liderazgo influye directamente en el clima laboral, la motivación, el compromiso y la forma en la que las personas afrontan las ausencias y su reincorporación. Por ello, esta formación proporciona herramientas para crear entornos de trabajo saludables y psicológicamente seguros, sin perder de vista la productividad y los objetivos de la organización.

DEADLINE FOR REGISTRATION AND PAYMENT OF THE COURSE, 10 WORKING DAYS BEFORE THE BEGINNING OF THE COURSE.
When registering 3 or more people from the same company, a discount of 10% will be applied.

Once the payment for the course has been made, if it is canceled less than 10 days in advance, only 50% of the amount will be refunded. SERNAUTO reserves the right to cancel the call of the course or exam if there is not a sufficient minimum of candidates. SERNAUTO will confirm with sufficient time the celebration of the course, in order to proceed with the payment and that the participants can organize the trip.
